Work the pipeline

Track every business through six stages, in list or kanban view, and log notes as you go.

Two views

The Sales page tracks every business through six ordered stages — New, Website generated, Contacted, Interested, Sold, Delivered — plus two stages that sit outside the flow: Not interested and Lost. Switch between a List view (one row per business) and a Kanban view (one column per stage) with the toggle at the top; CamoJet remembers which one you used last.

Moving a business

There's no drag-and-drop. On a kanban card, open its menu — the button — and choose Move to → whichever stage it belongs in next. Every stage is reachable from every other one, so correcting a mistake is just another menu click. In list view, the same move happens from a status dropdown right in the row.

Moving a business to Sold automatically opens its delivery record — covered next.

Notes and contact details

Click through to a business's own page to add a contact name, email, and phone, and to log notes — a call, an email reply, anything worth remembering. Every note and status change lands in that business's activity timeline, newest first, so you — or whoever picks this up next — can see exactly what's happened.
