Deliver a sold site
Marking a business Sold opens its delivery record — customer details, domain, notes, then Mark as delivered.
What happens when you mark a business Sold
Moving a business to Sold — from the pipeline or from its own page — opens its delivery record automatically. You can also reopen that record any time from the business's Sales card.
Fill in the delivery record
- Customer details — name, email, phone.
- Domain — the domain the site will live on. CamoJet stores this for reference only; actually connecting it is a Harvis console job, not something this app does.
- Deployment / delivery notes — handover instructions for whoever deploys this: access details, special requests, anything the next person needs.
Click Save details to keep what you've filled in without finishing the handover — useful if you're filling this in over more than one sitting.
Mark as delivered
Once you've saved at least once, Mark as delivered becomes available. Click it once the handover is actually done. The record then shows the delivery date, and the button itself turns into a plain "Delivered" label.
